As one of Downtown Aurora’s monthly First Friday events, the Waubonsee Community College MEChA student group will present “Man Up: Cry More,” an honest conversation and open dialogue around toxic masculinity, including how to identify it and address it, and provide a space for individuals to share their experiences as womxn/men.
We will begin with an “ice breaker” by doing a privilege walk, and then start the conversation. Light refreshments will be provided.
Movimiento Estudiantil Chicanx de Aztlán (MEChA) is a student organization that promotes higher education, community engagement, political participation, culture, and history.
