Did you enjoy your extended Thanksgiving Break and survive the snowstorm? On the eve of Illinois’ 200th Birthday Bicentennial (Dec. 3), stop in and view Illinois sights as seen through the eyes of a photography class.
All images were edited into black and white to concentrate on the importance of light and shadow creating contrast through tonality rather than relying on color. A number of the photographs were taken on a class field trip to downtown Aurora while other images depict a mixture of rural Midwest and downtown Chicago.
Enjoy the exhibit! WCC exhibitions are free and open to the public.
