Interlibrary Loan Guidelines

Mission

The
purpose of this service is to borrow items not owned by the Todd Library
from another library at the request of a registered Todd Library user. |

Scope

that may be borrowed

items not owned by the Todd Library
- items
that are classified as missing or long overdue
in the online catalog

facsimiles of an article not available in the Todd Library.

Conditions
|

- Articles - (maximum 5)
- allow a minimum of two weeks
- cost: 10 cents per page - lender may apply an additional
copy fee not to exceed $10
- $5 fee for unclaimed materials 14 days following initial
notification
- Books - (maximum 5)
- allow a minimum of two weeks
- cost: no charge - lender may apply an additional lending
fee not to exceed $10
- $5 fee for unclaimed materials 14 days following initial
notification

Renewals
|

Renewals
are subject to the approval of the lending library. Renewals must
be requested 3 days prior to the due date; if denied, the items must
be returned by the due date originally assigned. Todd Library fees
apply to items returned late. |

Lost
or damaged materials
|

A
replacement cost is assessed to the user at a minimum of $45. |
